"Fuel card works, but be prepared for hiccups"
The car share itself has been fine overall, but just a heads up: the fuel card can be a little frustrating. Sometimes it goes through at the pump with no issue, but other times I’ve had to go inside and explain what I was trying to do.

It’s not the end of the world, but if you’re in a hurry, it can definitely slow you down. I’d just make sure you give yourself extra time and read the fuel instructions closely, because they could be a lot clearer.

"The mileage limit is honestly too low"
I booked this thinking it was a decent deal, and I don’t think that was an unreasonable expectation. But the mileage allowance is really small, and I ended up stressing about how many miles I was using instead of just enjoying the trip. Maybe it works for people staying very close by, but for me it just wasn’t worth it

Booked a car for a quick trip with my brother, but the inside was disappointing. There were crumbs on the seats, the cup holder was sticky, and it had a weird smell. expected it to be a lot cleaner.

I’ve used this a few times now and the cars have been perfectly fine. No major issues with the service itself, but the pricing wasn’t as clear as I expected upfront.
I had to click around a bit to figure out what was included and what might cost extra, that part was weird when I was just trying to compare prices quickly. I’d probably use it again, but I’d really prefer the fees to be shown more plainly.

"Damage claim was handled fairly"
Had a damage claim come up after my booking. It took a few days to get sorted, but support kept explaining what was going on. In the end, the charges seemed fair enough, so no major complaints.

"Left standing there with no way into the car"
I booked a car through Enterprise CarShare thinking it would be a quick and easy pickup, but when I got there, the app just would not unlock the car. I tried refreshing it, closing and reopening it, moving closer to the car, basically everything I could think of. After a while I just felt embarrassed and helpless standing there, because it made me feel like I had done something wrong even though the app was the problem.
Customer support took too long to get back to me, and by the time anything could have been sorted out, I had already missed the reason I needed the car in the first place. That was the part that really upset me, because the whole point of a service like this is that you can count on it when you need to get somewhere. I would not trust it again if being on time actually mattered

"Good overall, but the insurance info was confusing"
The car share itself was totally fine, booking was easy enough and the car didn’t give me any problems. I do remember there was this weird little pine tree air freshener hanging from the mirror that looked like it had been there forever, but otherwise everything was normal. My only real issue was the insurance info. I had to click around for a while to figure out what was actually covered and what wasn’t. It’d be a lot better if they spelled that out more clearly before you book.

"Car wasn’t in great shape"
The car was rough, and the inside was dirty again when I picked it up. For me, that makes the experience disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t choose this one again.

"Pretty fair about returning late"
I ended up bringing the car back a little late and was kind of expecting it to turn into a hassle. The late return policy was clear, though, and the fee was about what I figured it would be. I mean, it’s still not fun paying extra, but it was handled fairly. The customer service person was relaxed about it too, which made the whole thing feel way less stressful. I’d rent from them again

"Easy app and a smooth experience"
I’ve been using Enterprise CarShare for a little while now, and the app has been really easy to get the hang of. Finding a nearby car, checking availability, and booking it can be done quickly, which I appreciate when I’m trying to make plans on the go.

Unlocking the car and ending the trip through the app has worked well for me so far too. I still double-check things sometimes just to be safe, but overall it’s been a smooth experience and hasn’t felt confusing or annoying. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I’ve used Enterprise CarShare a handful of times now, mostly for quick errands or when I needed to get across town without dealing with a rental counter. The app has been easy enough for me to figure out, and every car I’ve picked up has been clean and in decent shape.

The only real frustration has been finding one when I actually need it. A couple of weekends, I opened the app expecting to grab something nearby, and there was either nothing available or the only options were at odd times. Twice I ended up changing my plans because the closest car was too far away to be worth it.

When I can get a car, the whole process works smoothly, so I do still like the service. I just wish there were more vehicles around my area, especially in the evenings and on weekends when it seems like everyone else is trying to book one too.

"Pretty easy signup, just had to wait a bit"
Signing up was mostly straightforward, honestly. I uploaded my license and then just had to wait a little for the approval, which was fine... maybe a bit longer than I expected, but not a big deal. The steps were clear enough as I went through them. I did have one small issue with the email code not working right away, or maybe I typed it wrong, not sure. Other than that, it went smoothly.

the site was straightforward. I was able to look around and find a car near me quickly. The booking steps made sense for the most part, though a couple of pages were a little slow and I did have to go back once to double-check some details. Nothing was really confusing, but I do wish the pricing showed up a bit earlier. Still, I got everything done without much hassle.

"Pickup spots were way too far"
I tried using the whole Enterprise CarShare thing, but the pickup spots around me were nowhere near convenient. I had to take an Uber just to get to the car, which kind of makes the whole idea pointless. Wouldn’t bother with it again unless they add locations that are actually close by...

"Support took forever with no updates"
I was frustrated. I waited days just to hear back from support, and there were no updates in between, so I had no idea what was going on. When they finally replied, it didn’t even fix the issue.

"Billing was a mess"
Not gonna lie, the billing experience was really frustrating. I ended up getting charged more than what my booking showed, and support didn’t really help much. I had to keep following up myself just to get the refund sorted. Definitely not planning to use it again...

"Roadside help took forever"
I get that delays happen, but... I was stuck waiting for roadside help for what felt like ages. It was frustrating, and not really okay when you're already stressed and just need someone to show up.
